TERMS OF
PAYMENT
A deposit of 50% of the contract value is payable on
acceptance of the offer, the balance of 50% to be paid 30
days before commencement of the fair.
Payment to be made in favour of the “BOARD OF
EXTERNAL TRADE A/C No. 6901703614 NBC (1997) Ltd, Samora
Branch for foreign currency and National Bureau De Change
Ltd, Twiga Branch P. O. Box 10119, Dar-es-Salaam A/C No.
1004324001 for local currency transactions.
CONDITIONS, CANCELLATION
AND VALIDITY
This
offer creates a binding contract on acceptance by the
Board of External Trade (BET) should an applicant cancel
this agreement, the full contract fees is still payable.
This contract is governed by “Terms of
Participation” contained in the Exhibitor’s Manual
published by BET.
